What do I need to convert my golf cart to lithium?
At minimum, the battery system must be compatible with the cart's voltage and electrical system. Depending on the cart, the conversion may also require a compatible charger, cables, mounting components or other accessories.
How do I know which kit fits my golf cart?
Start with your cart's system voltage, make/model and available battery compartment dimensions. Confirm these against the specifications of the conversion kit.
Is a lithium charger included?
Check the individual kit's “What's Included” section. If a charger is included, its model should be clearly identified.
Will I need to modify my battery tray?
Some carts may require mounting adjustments because lithium battery dimensions can differ from the original lead-acid battery bank.
Will converting to lithium reduce the weight of my golf cart?
Typically yes. Lithium battery systems are generally substantially lighter than equivalent lead-acid battery banks.
