What sets Alpha Line apart

Five upgrades you won't find on a standard lithium battery

Every Alpha Line battery is built for anglers, by anglers. Your battery is the foundation of your day on the water.

1

NMEA 2000 — your battery on your helm display

Alpha Line connects to your boat's NMEA 2000 network so battery data shows up on your compatible electronics, with no guessing from a voltmeter.

  • Monitor battery status right from your electronics
  • Plug in with standard NMEA 2000 drop cable, tee, and terminators
  • One network, one screen, no extra gauges

2

Bluetooth — check it from your phone

Open the app at the ramp, in the garage, or in the off-season and see exactly what your battery is doing.

  • Live state of charge and voltage
  • Know it's ready before you leave the dock
  • No extra monitor to buy or wire

3

Internal heating — ready for cold mornings

Early-season and late-season trips shouldn't mean waiting on a cold battery. Alpha Line's built-in heating keeps it ready to charge when the temperature drops.

  • Built-in, no external heat pad or blanket
  • Designed for cold-weather charging and use
  • Pairs with Bluetooth so you can see it working

4

Tri Terminal — cleaner, simpler wiring

A third terminal post gives you more flexibility to wire your boat the way you want it, with fewer stacked ring terminals.

  • Dedicated connection point for accessories
  • Less terminal stacking on a single post
  • Easier, tidier installs

5

On/Off switch — built for storage

Heating, Bluetooth, and NMEA keep working all season, then switch them off for storage so the battery isn't running down while the boat sits.

  • Turn the smart features off for the off-season
  • Come back to a battery that's ready to go
  • One simple switch, no tools

Alpha Line FAQ

What does NMEA 2000 actually do for me? +
NMEA 2000 is the standard network that marine electronics use to share information with each other. When Alpha Line is connected to that network, your battery's status can show up on compatible electronics at the helm, right alongside the rest of your boat's data. You don't need a separate gauge or a trip to the battery compartment to see how it's doing. To connect, you'll need a standard NMEA 2000 drop cable and a tee to tie into your existing network. If your boat doesn't have a network yet, the kit above includes the parts you need.
Which electronics are compatible? +
Alpha Line works with marine electronics that support NMEA 2000, including many current multifunction displays and helm electronics. The easiest check is your display's manual or spec sheet: look for NMEA 2000 support. If you're not sure, send us your model and our team will confirm before you buy.
How does the internal heating work? +
Lithium batteries don't like to be charged when they're very cold. Alpha Line has heating built into the battery, so it can stay ready to charge on cold mornings and in early- and late-season conditions without an external heat pad or blanket. You can keep an eye on what it's doing through the Bluetooth app. For exact temperature details, see the specs on the product page.
What's the third post for? +
The third post is a dedicated connection point for your accessories. Instead of stacking several ring terminals on a single post, you can wire accessories to the third one, which keeps your install cleaner, simpler, and easier to service later.
How do I store my Alpha Line for the off-season? +
Flip the on/off switch to turn off the smart features (heating, Bluetooth, and NMEA 2000) so the battery isn't powering them while the boat sits. Store it in a cool, dry place and keep it partially charged rather than full or empty. When the season starts again, flip the switch back on and you're ready to go.
Which voltage and size do I need? +
Start with your trolling motor: its label or manual tells you the system voltage (12V, 24V, 36V, and so on), and your battery system needs to match. Then choose capacity (Ah) based on how long you want to run. More amp-hours means more time on the water. You can use the voltage filters in the shop section above, or talk to our team and we'll help you size it.
